Andres De Pina, Immediately upon graduating, gravitated towards Real Estate, sharing his father’s love of Real Estate, he thought his keen negotiation & marketing skills and love of helping people would be a natural fit and serve him well as a Realtor®. And that it did. Originally from Venezuela, Andres is a Real Estate professional since 2006 licensed originally in Florida and is bilingual, fluent in Spanish along with English. In just a few years in the business, he garnished a well-respected reputation with his clients & peers for going above and beyond for each of his clients and the referrals began to flourish.
Andres joined Tamborrel Properties, a local boutique-style brokerage, in 2012 and quickly stood out as an exemplary professional. Andres relocated to The United States in 1991 and to Texas in 2007 and resides in The Woodlands area where he met his wife Valeria and married in 2019. Andres & Valeria, and daughter, Catalina love calling The Woodlands & Texas home.
